How do I start the return process?

Please note that we do not cover the cost to return an item(s) back to our warehouse. A $9.99 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: Original shipping cost is NOT refundable.

Orders placed via TikTok cannot be processed through our return portal. Please go directly through your order on TikTok to process a return!

What is your return policy?

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Some exclusions apply – please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day.
  • All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  • No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.
  • All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.
  • We inspect all returns upon receipt! If it is clear your item(s) been worn, damaged, altered, tags removed, or if a final sale item is sent back, that item(s) will be returned to you.
  • A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange!

What is your holiday return policy?
Items purchased during our Winter Blowout sale, Warehouse sale, Easter sale, Memorial Day Weekend sale, Fourth of July sale, Labor Day Weekend sale, Halloween sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, and all of our end of year sales are eligible to return for store credit or exchange only. You cannot return items from orders placed during these specific sales for a refund.

Extended Holiday Return Window:
If eligible, items placed between November 1st through December 25th have until January 10th to process their return request!

How do exchanges work?
Click HERE to start the exchange process. Eligible items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your package.

Exchanges are limited to exchange the same item in a different size! If you would like to receive a completely different item in place of the one you are returning, you must return and then repurchase that new item.

Your new order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours once your return has been dropped off and scanned by the carrier! The quicker you send back your return, the quicker you will receive your new package.

At this time, we are unable to process international exchanges. In order to process a return, please reach out to [email protected] assistance

*Please note: if the exchanged item(s) you wish to receive sells out before you are able to drop off your return, you will be issued store credit at the time we receive and process your return.

A $9.99 return shipping cost will be charged at the time you go to process your exchange.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process the return, the refund can take up to 7-10 business days to show on your statement! If you chose to be refunded in the form of store credit, the credit will be issued to your email as soon as your return is processed.

Why is my item “not available for return?”
All final sale items, accessories, bodysuits & intimates are not eligible to be returned. All orders purchased exceeding the 14 day return period are not eligible for return.

Please note: certain sale collections and discount codes are final sale! Please be aware of this before purchasing from one of our sales or before using a special discount code.

What does “final sale” mean?
When a product is tagged with “final sale,” it cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
